The 76ers hosted the Indiana Pacers in the second game of the inaugural in-season tournament, which is a new installment to the 2023-24 NBA season. The Sixers’ eight-game winning streak snapped as they fall at home, 132-126.The inaugural in-season tournament tipped off on Friday, Nov. 3 and will continue until the championship on Saturday, Dec. 9, in Las Vegas. All 30 NBA teams were randomly selected into groups of five within their respective conferences based on won-loss records from the 2022-23 season. The 76ers are in group A of the Eastern Conference which also features the Atlanta Hawks, Indiana Pacers, Detroit Pistons and Cleveland Cavaliers.Tyrese Haliburton dominated for the Pacers, pacing the team with 33 points, 15 assists and 7 rebounds on the night. Joel Embiid led the 76ers with 39 points and 12 rebounds in the loss. UP NEXT: The 76ers will travel to take on the Boston Celtics on Wednesday, Nov. 15 at 7:30 p.m. The Pacers will host the Orlando Magic on Sunday, Nov. 19 at 5 p.m.
