Stephen Curry is averaging 30.7 points a game, which is 3rd in the NBA.

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry has been ruled out for tonight’s In-Season Tournament matchup against the Timberwolves (10 p.m. ET, League Pass) with right knee soreness, according to the league’s injury report.

Shams Charania of The Athletic reports that Curry is dealing with a sprained right knee but is not expected to be out for long.

Curry will miss his first game of the season as the Warriors look to improve to 2-0 in group play of the In-Season Tournament.

The nine-time All-Star finished with a game-high 38 points on Sunday against the Wolves in a 116-110 loss. With five made 3-pointers in the loss, Curry has started the season with 11 straight games with four or more 3-pointers, the first time it’s been done in NBA history. He is averaging 30.7 points a game, third in the NBA.
